  • How to buy a Vidrillete?

    You can purchase it from this very site. We use Paypal as a payment method – so you can use any card or your paypal account. We also give the option to purchase it using WesternUnion. Write to us at ventas@vidrillete-store.com
  • Do you ship internationally? To what countries is it available?

    We do international shipping, but in some cases we are limited to our courier (DHL or local post service) due to the pandemic. You can check if we ship to your country by simulating a purchase!
  • How long does it take to ship?

    It depends on the courier you pick for delivery. Using DHL it takes around one to two weeks. Using Local post service, it could take around 45 days.
  • Does Vidrillete have a warranty?

    We currently do not support international warranty.
  • Are there any tutorials or workshops after receiving Vidrillete?

    Vidrillete comes with a user manual and also a one-timer personal assistance through a Zoom or Skype.
  • I already have a Vidrillete, do you sell spare parts for the cutting element?
